Für die Erweiterung unserer Produktentwicklung suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d): Projektmanager Produktentwicklung

Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Projektmanager sind Sie im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses verantwortlich für die Entwicklung definierter Produkte, von der Entwicklungsfreigabe bis hin zum Serienstart. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie direkt an den Leiter Entwicklung. Sie

koordinieren ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam
verantworten die Produktentwicklung gemäß Zielvorgaben
führen Patentrecherchen durch
definieren optische, elektronische und mechanische Kernkomponenten, wählen entsprechende Lieferanten aus und führen die Verhandlungen
erstellen Pflichtenhefte für etwaige Entwicklungspartner und koordinieren diese während der Produktentwicklung
erstellen Entwicklungsmuster und Prototypen, validieren diese
leiten den Bedarf an Fertigungsvorrichtungen ab
unterstützen bei der Fertigungseinführung
arbeiten aktiv und kontinuierlich an der Verbesserung unserer Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise mit Promotion im Fachbereich Experimentelle Physik mit Schwerpunkt Optik / Optoelektronik
Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist
Sie arbeiten strukturiert, prozess- und erfolgsorientiert
Sie kommunizieren aktiv und können Ihre Ideen visuell darstellen
Sie sind ein Problemlöser und zeichnen sich durch kritisches und analytisches Denken sowie ein Auge für Details aus
Sie beherrschen die deutsche und die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Product Sales Specialist

To further grow the business we are looking for: Product Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Significantly grow the business in Biotech, Bio Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Academic accounts in the assigned area
Define action plans to meet / exceed sales objectives, provide
Accurate forecasts and meet monthly sales targets
Lead generation: perform web based demonstrations, systematically identify opportunities and follow up
Provide sales support to distribution partners
Travel up to 30% (conferences, local product presentations, etc.)

Profile

Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent education (Associate, Bachelor, Master, PhD), College Grads are welcome to apply
Systematic way of working
Understanding of customer applications

Responsibilities

Developing content for application notes, webinars and other Marketing activities
Optimization and maintenance of all online content (Social media, Google Ads, etc.)
Create application notes in collaboration with customers
Plan, organize and execute webinars and on site presentations
Plan, organize and execute email campaigns/mailings

Profile

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Biochemistry (or equivalent major)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Lab Experience or Experience in the scientific instrumentation industry
Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office products, Social Media platforms, etc.)
Team player qualities
Customer oriented thinking

Product Support Specialist Life Sciences

Responsibilities

Support clients in Biotech, Bio Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Academic accounts in the assigned area (Application and Technical Support)
Give Application Presentations and Webinars
Troubleshoot systems and applications: Run remote diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware or software; find solutions for any issue and implement it.
Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts on hardware when necessary (rare basic repairs only)
Provide technical and application support to distribution partners
Travel up to 5% (conferences, trainings, etc.)

Profile

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent education
